That’s why we are proud to announce a major step forward in strengthening our leadership and capabilities with the appointment of Buyung Widhi Syahputra as our new Strategic Director and Aditya Bramanti as our new Creative Director.

These two pivotal leadership hires reflect our ambition to push beyond the limits of what an independent agency can do, elevating our strategic, creative, and performance capabilities to deliver bold, business-driving ideas that resonate in culture and drive results.

Strengthening Our Strategic Core: Welcoming Buyung Widhi as Strategic Director

We are thrilled to welcome Buyung Widhi Syahputra, one of Indonesia’s most accomplished strategic marketing leaders, to our leadership team. 

Buyung joins us following an extraordinary tenure as Head of Strategy at Innocean Indonesia & APAC, where he helped redefine Hyundai’s presence in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Under Buyung’s leadership, Hyundai achieved an unprecedented 600% growth in market share, breaking into the Top 6 automotive brands in Indonesia within just four years, a feat rarely seen in such a competitive category. He was the driving force behind the launches of the IONIQ 5 & 6, KONA EV, and Hyundai’s high-performance N brand, while also spearheading the introduction of Hyundai Genesis into Southeast Asia.

His expertise extends beyond automotive. Buyung has orchestrated award-winning campaigns for brands like Toyota, Diageo, Mondelez, and L’Oréal, earning recognition at Cannes Lions, Effie Awards, ADFEST, Spikes Asia, and Clio Awards.

What excites us most is how Buyung blends brand building with data-driven performance and digital transformation. At Hyundai, he developed and integrated platforms like ClickToBuy, MyOwnHyundai, and MyHyundai, bringing the customer experience into the digital era and connecting CRM, CX, and performance marketing seamlessly into the sales funnel.

At Bounche, Buyung will lead our strategic planning function and spearhead the development of data-infused, insight-driven, and innovation-powered strategies that unlock growth for our clients. His mandate is not just to sharpen our strategic thinking, but to redefine how we help brands win in the intersection of creativity, data, and commerce.

Creativity Meets Culture: Aditya Bramanti as Creative Director

Earlier this year, we also welcomed Aditya Bramanti as our Creative Director, further fortifying our creative backbone. Aditya is a force in Indonesia’s creative industry, having sharpened his craft at agencies like GOODSTUPH, Pantarhei, Dwisapta, Fortune, and Leon, across both independent and multinational environments.

Best known for crafting emotionally resonant, culturally fluent, and insight-driven campaigns, Aditya has worked on iconic brands such as Energen, Bank Mandiri, Garena, BCA, Gojek, Semen Tiga Roda, and Pertamina, creating storytelling initiatives that connected deeply with Indonesia’s urban audiences and delivered both brand love and business impact.
